Mark as Useful But when this number called here, they will not leave a message. I tried dialing it back and it said if I knew my agents extension, to dial it. Or dial o and the next person would talk my call. When I did so it cut right off. Very annoying. I am sure they would not like this done to them. Please stop.

Mark as Useful Asked me if my last name was briana (it is), asked me if my last four numbers of my social were (XXXX) which they are, and saying that I owe 600.00 to my college I used to go to. Didnt really know what she was talking about. Had to keep putting me on hold to ask questions. She said she could do a direct payment with my account number. told her i would call her back tomorrow.
